Sometimes we have to face days that are not so sunny. We’re troubled by family matters with spouses or children that we feel are insurmountable. Our job may cause stress, particularly when situations seem entirely unreasonable. Maybe we’ve set a new health goal and even though we give it our all, accomplishing the next level seems elusive.

It’s days like this that position us for a downward spiral. The adversity may, however, actually provide an opportunity to sit with the challenge, determine to remain present and curious, and pause for a moment. Be Well & Be Blessed!
