Good Morning and Happy Monday!
It’s the first Monday of 2022! Here’s trusting that we begin with hope and witness empowerment, success, and miracles. I’m sure many are glad to see the end of 2021. It was such a challenging year, but we can begin again in strength. The new year’s potential promises that our dreams, which we have every reason to believe will come to fruition, will exceed our hopes.
Samuel Smiles, a Scottish author and reformer who lived in the late 1800s and early 1900s shared a great deal about hope. He penned these words:

I think we’d all like to benefit from these words. Smiles noted that hope was the companion of power. When we become empowered and take responsibility for our lives and wellbeing, we have the potential to attract success like a magnet. Situations around us seem to take a positive turn, and we feel more robust and better able to navigate any obstacles.
The newly found power begets success because we often believe that failure is not an option. This mindset helps us create new strategies that underscore our empowerment and achievement. Sometimes our grit makes the pieces fit correctly, but our hope is what allows miracles to manifest. We trade our worries, fears, and trepidation for confidence that breeds success and opens the doors to the miraculous.
Here are some thoughts that Scripture shares about hope:
“There’s hope for your future, declares the Lord.” Jeremiah 21:17a (CEB)
“Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.” Romans 5:5 (NKJV)
“May the God of hope fill you with joy and peace in your faith, that by the power of the Holy Spirit, your whole life and outlook may be radiant with hope.” Romans 15:13 (Phillips)
We won’t become disappointed because divine inspiration fuels our hope. When motivation drops into our spirits, we know just what to do to fulfill our dreams. The successes then encourage us to review and witness the miracles in fresh ways, like nothing we’ve done or seen before. It’s exhilarating to watch as they unfold!
The year has just begun. So let’s exercise hope, strategize for success, and watch as our miracles unfold!
Be Well & Be Blessed!
