Trustworthiness is defined as truthful, worthy of confidence, dependable. This trait is both internal and external having to do with the ability to look at our own path with clarity and project to those around us courage and stability. Here’s what Steven Covey, American educator, author, and motivational speaker, had to say:

“Trust is the glue of life. It’s the most essential ingredient in effective communication. It’s the foundational principle that holds all relationships.”

Interestingly, if we are trustworthy and true to ourselves and our word we provide a foundation for others to explore themselves. As we are present and honorable, modeling confidence and reliability, those around us are free to discover their own possibilities and push beyond perceived limitations in a safe and welcoming environment. This is of particular importance when you’re in the business of helping others reach their highest potential in overall physical, spiritual, social, and mental/emotional wellbeing.

Trust yourself, trust the journey, and let your heart illuminate the darkness for those around you!

Make a choice to be inspiring and help those within your sphere of influence stay patient and trust the journey. Your encouragement and trustworthiness may make the difference in someone’s life.
