Merry Christmas Eve!
I hope you’ve completed your shopping, successfully planned your holiday menu, and can take a moment for yourself on this Christmas Eve. We can get so busy with the many activities that we sometimes neglect the opportunity to consider the joy and peace of the season. My hope is that we all have a few moments of quiet reflection as we contemplate the many blessings afforded us and that our hearts overflow with gratitude.
May we spread the love and joy we have to our family and friends and have enough leftover to reach out to those around us. May we offer strength to those who are spent, feed those who don’t have the means to help themselves, and provide solace to those who feel lost. May we offer grace and mercy even when it’s challenging and reach out with smiles and hugs to those who feel unlovely. And, may we cherish each moment to fulfill the highest purpose of our wellbeing and destiny, honoring our Creator in the process.
