Another rainy weekend! I hope you were able to avoid the wet and windy weather and spend some time working on your Heart Health with friends and loved ones. As much as I love the rain, I’m looking forward to the coming sunny days this week.

It’s interesting how honesty and integrity fit so well together. Webster’s states that integrity is the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles, while honesty is the same as sincerity. So, if we have sincere and strong moral principles, we can create success in our lives. And, if we add authenticity and compassion, we will be the total package! Let your approach to the tasks before you enable others to develop honesty and integrity, as well!
