She’s best known for her book The Mother’s Guide To Self-Renewal and for her involvement in coaching, leadership, training, and development for over 25 years.

Ms. Trudeau’s words, noted above, nicely parallel our understanding of wellbeing. We often hesitate to accept the fact that being selfish can be a positive attribute. When we apply the practice to improving various aspects of our overall health, we’re likely to achieve more excellent balance.
