Happy Monday!
I hope your weekend was enjoyable and that you made time for self-care!

Success is a word we use to gauge results. The word comes from the Latin successus, meaning “an advance, succession, or happy outcome” and from succedere, meaning “come after” or “accomplishment of desired end.” One of the TedTalks, defined success:
“…feeling that tingle of excitement about what you do, sticking with what matters through hard times, living a life you can feel proud of in retrospect…”
Here are some other thoughts:
“I failed over and over and over again in my life, and that is why I succeeded.”
– Michael Jordan
“Some people dream of success, while other people get up every morning and make it happen.”
– Wayne Huizenga
“Stop beating yourself up! You are a work in progress, which means you get there a little at a time, not all at once.”
– Anonymous
Any way you look at it, success is a journey dependent upon determination, perception, and choice. When we determine to achieve a specific outcome, we change our perception from “perhaps” to “of course” and choose to do everything within our power to gain the victory, regardless of the obstacles that may attempt to distract or deter us.
And because we’ll be celebrating St. Patrick’s Day later this week, I’d like to offer this Irish Blessing to assist you on your journey:
May love and laughter light your days,
and warm your heart and home.
May good and faithful friends be yours,
wherever you may roam.
May peace and plenty bless your world
with joy that long endures.
May all life’s passing seasons bring the best to
you and yours!
Be Well & Be Blessed!
Lucinda
